Sr Director, Talent Acquisition - ASPAC

As part of the global Talent Acquisition Center Of Expertise and ASPAC HR Regional Leadership team, the ASPAC Talent Acquisition COE Director partners with key business leaders and HR team to anticipate staffing and workforce needs to support identified business strategies.  Together with his/her team, he/she is responsible for translating them into winning talent acquisition strategies, leveraging all recruitment channels available, in order to attract, engage and recruit the best talent to bioMérieux. 
 
What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?
 
•       Manage Regional Talent Acquisition team and operations and develop the team to become Talent Acquisitionsubject matter experts and trusted advisors/
•       Animate and develop ASPAC region HR Business Partners on Talent Acquisition best practices. 
•       Position himself/herself as trusted Advisor to leaders, hiring Manager and HR with regards to Talent Acquisition topics, offer advice, solutions and market feedback as appropriate.
•       Maintain stakeholders alignment with the process throughout the recruitment phase.
•       Consult with leaders, hiring managers and human resources team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies.
•       Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
•       Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates 
•       In close collaboration with communication, lead company employer branding initiatives to develop bioMérieux attractivity in the Region.
•       Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates for top leadership positions.


Who are you ? 


•       10+ years of recruitment experience. 
•       Masters’ Degree 
•       Fluent in English.
•       Proven success in recruiting professional level roles. Proven ability in assessing, interviewing and recruiting top talent.
•       Thorough understanding of recruitment processes and strategies and solid understanding of the employment marketplace and trends in recruiting strategies.
•       Experience working with complex systems and processes, preferably SuccessFactors.
•       Excellent networker and relationship builder. Excellent communication skills.
•       High level of personal organization, attention to detail and multitasking required.
