The Global Human Resources Performance department aims at continuously improving the performance and efficiency of human resources activities through various missions, including :

 

  • Management of the HRIS
  • Management of projects
  • Implementation of the HR roadmap
  • Coordination of certifications
  • Workforce budget
  • Data analytics
  • Reporting.
  •  

The HRIS domain within HR Performance Center of Expertise is currently composed of one Business Process Owner, and two Business Process Referents.

We are looking for a third Business Process Referent, reporting to the Business Process Owner, to reinforce the team and ensure the communication aspect of the function as we currently have a significant amount of challenges in both run and project dimensions.

 

You will join an international and transversal context where the main activities are dedicated to the management of the Employee Central module of SuccessFactors (SAP), our HR information system and you will develop strong knowledge on tools supporting Human Resources processes.

 

What will be your responsibilities at bioMérieux?

 

Enhancing the use of our HRIS by driving communication and training of users of our HRIS Employee Central - Success Factors, which is used by the whole the HR community worldwide.

As Process Referent, for the HRIS domain you will :

  • Explain and promote the usage of standard processes & systems within the HR community
  • Build and maintain our Knowledge Center by creating documentation, from process description to user instructions necessary to support them
  • Create training paths for each user type and deliver trainings, tutorials and refreshers in order to develop end-users’ autonomy and performance in their daily tasks
  • Lead and facilitate an international network of experts to share information on good practices, new processes and process improvements and thus capture user needs.
  • Work closely with the IS team and other Process Referents from other domains to deliver, maintain and enhance system functionalities by proactively proposing opportunities to optimize the process in a continuous improvement mindset.

As expert of the domain, you will collaborate with the different project leaders to bring your expertise and support.

 

Who are you ?

 

  • You hold a Master Degree and have at least 2 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, using Employee Central – Success Factor system.
  • You have good interpersonal relationship skills & understanding of multicultural impacts on interpersonal relationships necessary to lead a community, harmonize processes, reach consensus and propose innovative solutions.
  • You demonstrated high level of Adaptability / Flexibility, ability to facilitate meetings & decision making, Meetings Management
  • You have strong capacity of analysis, good synthesis capacity and sense of support.
  • You are comfortable with systems in general, and you ideally already have a strong background on Success Factors
  • You are fluent in English and you efficiently interact in multi-cultural environments.
