As Iberia Industry Application Specialist reporting to the Iberia Industry Application Specialist Manager, you will provide technical support, customer training, troubleshooting and consultation to internal and external customers for the implementation and maintenance of bioMérieux solutions. Moreover, you will coordinate efforts with other cross-functional departments to deliver world-class customer service and support through the promotion of teamwork and cooperation spirit.


What will be your mission?

  • Coordinate and provide technical training, consultation, and ongoing support of bioMérieux´s systems and reagents: preinstallation, technical installation, configurations, connections, training and troubleshooting at the customer site.
  • Answer internal and external customer inquiries and ensure regulatory compliance through timely and accurate records in CRM system.
  • Provide consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and key performance indicators accomplishment.
  • Participate in revenue generation initiatives and detection of opportunities through the promotion of value-added products and services.
  • Develop and strengthen customer and market relationships that result in customer loyalty and positive referrals.
  • Comply with quality, legal and ethical standards as well as company policies, being the interface between customers, Quality & Regulatory Affairs Department and other departments.


Who are you?

  • Life Science Degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Laboratory experience in Food microbiology.
  • Knowledge about Food & Healthcare business quality standards and regulation.
  • Knowledge of the workflow at customer lab, product lines, customers, industrial business will be a plus.
  • Communication, teaching and training skills.
  • Customer orientation and ability to manage problems efficiently.
  • Autonomy, agility and ability to work in team.
  • Travel availability: minimum 30%.
  • English fluency required.
  • Portuguese language is a plus.
