The Product Manager Service will be responsible for directing the Service activity for the METER Cluster to meet its strategic goals and to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability. The PM is responsible for METER cluster service scope which includes subsidiaries, domestic and export distributors.


Position is to be based in Istanbul, Turkey.


What will your responsibilites be within bioMérieux?

  • Develop customer loyalty through premium service offer
  • Define the service strategy and its execution including: pricing policy based on margin strategy, marketing plans & new offers, budget as well as the Strategic plan in line with METER strategy
  • Be involved in commercial negotiation with main customer accounts
  • Achieve revenue and profitability budget
  • Be the voice of the customer with regional & global functions
  • Ensure that local teams (bioMérieux and Distributors) have the necessary training and organization as well as the ability to support the strategy
  • Support customer satisfaction survey activity with Quality department
  • Monitor changes in the markets with focus on competitors and regulation

Who are you?


Studies and Experience:

  • Higher education (MBA, MSc, Masters) with a minimum of 5 years of local and international experience in the field of sales & marketing of services.
  • Specific experience in the implementation of Service type business models (IT, consulting, etc…) is a plus

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent English and Turkish
  • Ability to convince, influence, and gain support both in the internal networks of the company and with customers
  • Enjoy working in an intercultural and matrix environment with daily interaction with multidisciplinary teams
  • Very good communication skills, a good team spirit and synthesis and a strong customer orientation.
  • Be able to manage priorities and keep commitments.
  • Ability to travel 40-50% of the time within the METER region
