As a member of the european R&D Data Science leadership team, the Solution Analytics Manager oversees a team of a dozen (mostly permanent) data scientists with varied profiles (data stewards, data engineers and machine learning experts).

The position would preferably be based on bioMérieux’ Grenoble site, but Marcy L’Etoile could be envisioned since the team is split between the two sites.

MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning or related technical field
Hands-on experience with Data Science cloud platforms and BI solutions as well as working knowledge of software (DevOps) and machine learning model (MLOPs) development cycles required
Significant experience managing teams of data scientists with varied skills and experience
Demonstrable track record of collaborating, influencing, prioritizing, and dealing well with ambiguity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels and disciplines
