The Medical Affairs team initiated the EVOMED project intended to transform and optimize its organization. A key mission of this program is the formalization of the on boarding program for new comers and the creation of an Academy dedicated to Medical Affairs, in close collaboration with the Learning and Development teams.

 

The objective is to provide employees with the availability of content allowing them to train on their missions, develop and build their careers.

As a Medical Affairs Learning & Development Specialist, your role is to shape the program based on the content proposed by the medical experts, to maintain the Medical Affairs training offer and to evaluate the acquisition of knowledge.

 

What will your responsibilities be?

 

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager :

 

  • Coordinate the design of the on-boarding program and the future content platform dedicated to Medical Affairs (Medical Affairs Academy)
  • Consolidate the training needs and objectives of the various professions within Medical Affairs
  • Coordinate the development and creation of educational content to support our training objectives
  • Coordinate the development and creation of a tool to host and disseminate this content to all Local/Regional/Global Medical Affairs teams
  • Contribute, if necessary, to the review of training content and its objectives
  • Maintain and manage training records, learner progress and evaluate the effectiveness of our programs
  • Provide the necessary support in terms of educational engineering to accompany the creation of new content and the modification of existing training
  • Coordinate the adaptation of content with regional and local teams to meet their specific needs if necessary
  • Work in close collaboration with the HR Learning & Development department and all Medical Affairs structures (Global/Regional/Local)

 

 Who are you ?

 

  • Graduated at BAC +5 level – Master level or equivalent, you have experience in the field of educational engineering and project coordination
  • You have ideally evolved in a medical environment.
  • You have a perfect command of IT tools: Pack Office, Sharepoint, Articulate360, Vyond, Klaxoon, LMS Cornerstone…
  • You must have a fluent level of English and French.
  • You are recognized for your team spirit, your ability to listen, your excellent interpersonal skills and your ability to be proactive
