We are looking for a Market Manager for Integrated Solutions under a permanent contract who will work and grow within the Global Marketing and the Integrated Solutions Franchise.
You will report to the VP of Global Marketing Integrated Solutions within a team of 5 co-workers.

 

What will be your mission ?

  • Define all necessary elements to concretely support cross-selling strategy & propose an implementation roadmap for 2023 – 2025, in close collaboration with the regions and selected subsidiaries

  • Work  transversally across different technologies & franchises, leveraging the AMR/AMS value proposition & adapting it to customer typology & maturity

  • Drive Account-Based Marketing to support cross-selling strategy: appropriate product archetypes, value proposition adjusted to different stake holders (in & outside the lab), prioritization of stakeholders and specific focus on retention of mono & bi-product users

  • Ensure commercial enablers (e.g. pricing corridor, customer selection criteria, incentive plan etc etc) are in place for regions/countries and well embedded in local marketing & sales plan

  • Create and deploy required trainings & tools to support cross selling, and ensure their effective deployment by subsidiaries

  • Lead the creation of the global marketing plan and work closely with regions and subsidiaries to support the implementation at local level

  • Closely work with medical affairs to strengthen evidence stream and find the right balance between generating evidence & cascading of available one among commercial teams

  • Pro-actively monitor the progress on cross-selling KPIs

  • Contribute to new product launches ensure their appropriate positioning within a cross selling & solution context

  • Contribute to the Communication & Global Congress Plan with MarCom Dept. and provide input/content for development of customer facing tools, campaigns and initiatives

  • Contribute to Go to Market (G2M) activities: on-demand participation in G2M meetings & coordinate G2M activities

 

Who are you ?

  • Graduate degree in Science and/or in Business/Marketing

  • Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in Marketing or Sales. Experience in a laboratory or hospital environment will be preferred

  • Creative & out of the box thinker

  • Having holistic view of business & it’s end to end execution

  • Big picture understanding and ability to coordinate with team spirit and attention to details

  • Good communication skills, capacity to take initiatives and demonstrate a can-do attitude taking complete ownership of given topic

  • Able to handle priorities and deliver commitments on time
