What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?


As a HR Generalist, your main mission is to provide an unique employee experience!


Apart of daily operations you will have an opportunity to make our Austrian subsidiary a best place to work by creating the culture which will foster engagement, trust and collaboration.

 

As a trusted HR Generalist you will :

  • Ensure compliance with all legal HR aspects: cooperate with payroll provider, manage personal administration, answer employees queries.
  • Perform and contribute to improving HR processes and policies : workforce administration, compensation review and benefits, recruitment, performance and talent management, training.
  • Manage HR Systems and tools to ensure the HRIS data quality including regular reports and contracts, provide expert advice on best practices.
  • Cooperation with external partners
  • Support Recruitment
  • Support managers and employees on employee related matters
  • Be the person of contact in case of internal and external audits


Who are you?

Studies and experience :

  • Master Degree, ideally in Human Resources or Business
  • Minimum 1-2 years similar experience


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Accuracy and analytical skills
  • Customer oriented (external & internal) & decision maker
  • Excellent communication skills, good listener
  • Experience in matrix organization
  • Fluent in German and English
