New Team Member Coordinator

  • Administer all on-boarding and new hire orientation activities (i.e. offer letters, new hire paperwork, background checks, communication, I-9s, data entry, etc.)
  • Plan and execute new hire orientation (i.e. material prep, logistics, scheduling, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate team member data in the HRIS/Payroll databases
  • Maintain cases in HR Case Management and Employee File Management systems
  • Background check vendor management/monitoring
  • Monitor and respond to shared email inbox
  • Assist in planning events including the annual open enrollment events, as needed
  • Order office supplies for HR department, as needed
  • Be responsible for the distribution of mail for office locations in which seated
  • Other duties as assigned


Education, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree, preferred
  • Knowledge of HRIS programs and Reporting, preferred
  • Attention to detail and data entry accuracy, required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work and communicate effectively with employees of all levels.
