Talent Acquisition Partner for Global Quality, Manufacturing & Supply Chain and Global Information System

Reporting to the EMEA Talent Acquisition Director, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for translating recruitment needs into winning talent acquisition strategies, leveraging all recruitment channels available, in order to attract, engage and recruit the best talent to bioMérieux.

What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?

• Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates for your portfolio ( 20 to 25 recruitments mainly based in France  for Global Quality, Manufacturing & Supply Chain and Global Information System )
• Position himself/herself as trusted Advisor to leaders, hiring Manager and HR with regards to Talent Acquisition topics, offer advice, solutions and market feedback as appropriate.
• Maintain stakeholders alignment with the process throughout the recruitment phase
• Consult with leaders, hiring managers and human resources team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates

Who are you ?

• 10+ years of recruitment experience.
• Masters’ Degree
• Fluent in English.
•  Proven success in recruiting professional roles. Proven ability in assessing, interviewing and recruiting top talent.
• Thorough understanding of recruitment processes and strategies Solid understanding of the employment marketplace and trends in recruiting strategies especially on Data/ IT/ Software profiles.
• Experience working with complex systems and processes, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Excellent networker and relationship builder. Excellent communication skills
• High level of personal organization, attention to detail and multitasking required.
