As Marketing&Communication trainee reporting to the Iberic Marketing Manager you will cooperate in different projects with the Clinical Marketing Department, assisting with the coordination and delivery of consistent communications products to our external customers.

 

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSIONS AT BIOMÉRIEUX?

  • Work closely with Marketing Product/Brand Managers in order to collaborate in the communication initiatives for the strategy implementation.
  • Organization of bioMérieux events at which we can meet with our customers to increase product awareness or knowledge of their services or recent developments.
  • Promote cooperative relationships using digital media with Global & Regional Teams.
  • Ownership of the yearly Iberia Marketing Clinical Events & Tradeshows plan.
  • Key Contact with communication agencies, mainly in Spain.
  • Organize events at which our clients can meet with the public to increase product awareness or knowledge of our services or recent developments.
  • Ownership of ShowPad Iberia Clinical Channels.
  • Maintain and enhance corporate intranet/website focusing on engagement, content and usability. This includes evolving communications electronic tools as a primary tool for connecting both internal / external customers.
  • Controls information output, handle incoming requests for information from Marketing.
  • Draft and send press releases that contain important updates about Clinical clients to print and broadcast media outlets.
  • Develop high-quality written communications, training content, presentations, and promotional collateral for customers, including email templates, intranet content, newsletter articles, user guides, flyers, and more, ensuring customer deliverables are accurate, professional, creative, and aligned with best practice.

 

WHO ARE YOU? 

  • Bachelor on Communication or Marketing.
  • Knowledge of health sciences will be valued.
  • Previous experience in marketing or communication in the healthcare business is desired.       
  • High level of English, fluent in Spanish. Portuguese language will be valued.
  • Able to organize local meetings, develop local study evaluation protocols with the Iberia Medical Advisor and, to work in an international environment.
  • Strong business acumen, integrity and ability to build interdisciplinary consensus.
  • Enthusiast & highly committed to succeed, organization & planning skills.
  • Confident, adaptable, self-motivated, analytical, and able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team, with excellent communication, software and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in sales department will be a plus
  • This role includes travel throughout the Iberia, plus other destinations.
