As automation apprentice reporting to the Head of the Maintenance department you will support the maintenance operations of productive equipment and general equipment of the facilities in terms of PLC programs.

 

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSIONS AT BIOMÉRIEUX?

  • Monitoring and control of all the PLC’s programs at the Tres Cantos´ Manufacturing site, in addition to backing them up.
  • Direct supervision of maintenance operations in PLC’s in production and general service teams, carried out internally and by external maintenance companies, as well as ensuring the introduction of the corresponding records of the modifications carried out.
  • Carry out any modifications that may be necessary at the level of all the PLCs installed in the production equipment, as well as ensure their faithful registration.
  • Participate in corrective and preventive maintenance operations in collaboration with maintenance technicians
  • Comply with plant safety regulations.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and facilities.
  • Exchange of  information and report updates to production and maintenance team.

 

WHO ARE YOU? 

  • Higher Degree Training in Electronics / Automation or Electronic Engineering.
  • Training in automation and regulated PLC’s.
  • Experience in positions related to automation and programming of PLCs will be welcomed.
  • Knowledge of robotics will be preferred.
  • Office advanced user level (Word, Excel, Outlook, ...)
  • Good knowledge and interpretation of electrical diagrams and different software used in PLC’s..
  • Desirable knowledge of English
  • Mental agility and analytical ability with results orientation.

 

The working hours would be from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm with flexible entry.
