1、岗位设立的目的及目标/PRIMARY
PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

To lead strategic commodity
strategy at site/region level (manage the local suppliers, ensure contracts’
compliance, manage suppliers’ performance) and to implement the sourcing
strategy for the commodity he/she works for.
2、主要职责/MAIN
ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Take charge of process-based sourcing (e.g., RFI/RFQ/RFP, reverse auctions, interests-based direct negotiations, multi-years contracts in accordance/agreement with the critical suppliers);

2. Set up commodity strategy (General service which covers Mice/Travel/professional service ect.) to achieve year on year improvement; improve total cost of ownership, improve cash flow through actual cost savings, cost avoidances, inflation mitigation, or efficiency gains as validated by the Buyers, Finance person and business partner;

3. Influence and optimize the purchasing spend from the local suppliers of the commodity for respective manufacturing locations inChina; deliver cost improvement targets of spend pool, mitigate the inflation;

4. Take charge of supplier performance evaluation(On time, on Quality, General Compliance) through frequent monitoring & periodic Quality audit, enhance the Zero Defect mindset at vendors inChinaand implement related project to improve the quality;

5. Support the global commodity team to develop sourcing strategy and deploy the regional strategies for commodities and local suppliers;

6. Expand robust BCP for critical materials/suppliers and coordinate with global team;

Lead big and/or regional sourcing projects ;
3、知识和经验要求/KNOWLEDGE
AND EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor degree or above; healthcare industry background preferred

2. 5+ years’ experience in Purchasing; good concept of category management, international purchasing experience in MNC preferred

3. Skill of selecting & qualifying suppliers, understanding products/services, preparing & leading negotiation, total cost management, target costing, planning & organizing, managing multicultural interface

4. Good presentation skill, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Good working attitude, proactive to lead project implementation

6. Good command of English in both oral and written
