Position Summary:
The MES Software/Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for coding, configuring, interfacing and supporting/debugging MES and other process workflows to specification using the tools adopted by bioMérieux, such as Tulip MES Software as well as expected to participate in documentation and validation efforts as the systems are brought online in bioMérieux’s regulated manufacturing environments.
The position will also participate in support of the Manufacturing Network infrastructure and back-end systems, including the storage and VMWare virtual environment.
The position acts as a site subject matter expert for MFG infrastructure related issues (operating systems, hypervisor, network and hardware) based upon good engineering practices and a risk-based approach.
Primary Duties:
Training and Education:
Associate's Degree (AAS) and the following preferred:
Minimum of 3 years of hands on experience designing and coding web-based applications involving some back-end RDMS, such as MVC, ASP.Net, Python
Minimum of 2 years of hands on experience SQL or SQL-like RDMS database design and use
Minimum of 1 year of hands on experience with the following:
using and/or development of Web API (HTML5, REST/HTTP API)
VMWare ESXi in an environment with a Virtual Center server controlling a cluster user a NAS/SAN for storage.
Cisco IOS.
System/application documentation writing
