1、岗位设立的目的及目标 / PRIMARY
PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
Specialist is responsible for offering technical support, application training
for biomerieux product to external and internal customers, support the product
complaint handling implementation, work as a technical consultant among the customers , different departments within the corporate.
2、主要职责 / MAIN
Work collaborate with the team to achieve the revenue, win customer satisfaction
Work as level two support, for example, Answer telephone inquiries per established guidelines and document in local database; Consult with global customer service; Coach/consult with other specialists and engineers; Develop troubleshooting skills for phone and on-site applications; translation /translation review for relevant product guideline whenever needed
Work as a trainer to deliver training course to internal and external customers,
Be involved in customer complaint handling procedure, for example, Direct and drive investigative process; Review test results; Request further investigations.
3、知识、语言和经验要求 / KNOWLEDGE,
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in Medical Technology or related science.
2. five years working experience at least for hospital or similar company
3. being willing and the capability for keeping learning the professional knowledge
4. Good English skills both in spoken and written English.
5. Good service sense as a technical support specialist
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Excellent working knowledge of computers.
8. Clinical laboratory experience.(optional)
