Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the loading and maintenance of our company's products into the Andalusian Health Service's computer system, as well as supporting and coordinating the administrative, sales and support areas for tendering activities, and keeping track of incoming orders from the Andalusian Health Service.



  • Order, activation and maintenance of SIGLO.
  • Decision making in coordination to establish the best policy in the Andalusian purchasing platform environment.
  • Review and control of incoming orders.
  • Improvement proposals to obtain improvements in the tools.
  • Specialised advice to the commercial network on SIGLO matters.
  • Daily dialogue with the different Public Bodies and Clients.
  • Preparation of reports.



  • Advanced or intermediate studies in Law/Administration/Finance or Higher Vocational Training in these branches are desirable.
  • Advanced use of computer tools: Outlook, Office package (especially Ms Excel), SAP R/3. Ideally, use of Ms Access.
  • Good level of English is desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience in the management of the "Siglo" tool and the SAS (Andalusian Health Service) product bank, and in the registration, deregistration and modification of products, ideally for products in the in vitro diagnostic (IVD) sector, is required.
  • Used to interacting with procurement departments of the different administrations and with experience in a multinational environment and in dealing with marketing and sales departments.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector (medical devices or pharma) is an asset.
