This position will report to the SVP – Distribution Channel Management (DCM), Clinical Operations. It will be an important role supporting the DCM department in building & implementing strategic projects as described in the Distribution Roadmap Initiative (DRIVE 2022-2025) for both Clinical & Industry operations.

 

What will be your main missions ? 

  1. SalesForce Improvements for the Channel Partners

In partnership with the Global & local teams, you will define the required evolution of SalesForce to match with an enhanced management of our Partners.

  1. Collection of Channel Partners sales/inventory data

You will support the local and regional teams: through your interactions with them, you will act as a relay for tracing the needs identified by the teams.

  1. Be the reference person for the Industry operations

Work with the Industry team to provide them the needed visibility with the new tools to support our Channel Partners with a strong focus on ASPAC.

  1. METER region lead for DCM department

Collaborate with the METER team to roll-out the main projects of DRIVE such as data collection, learning curriculum and bi-directional digital portal for the Channel Partners.

  1. Management of the DRIVE scorecards

Based on the top 10 priorities for the DRIVE program, work with the DCM team to ensure a timely update of the scorecards and the yearly priorities to be communicated within bioMérieux.

 

Who are you ? 

  • Graduated from a Business School with a MBA,

  • 2 years minimum experience in Commercial Operations units,

  • You are very well organized and rigorous with good analytical & synthesis skills,

  • Enjoy teamwork in a multicultural environment,

  • You have a good command of office tools, especially Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Tableau Software, SalesForce, Microsoft Power Apps and VBA would be a plus,

  • Ability to communicate in an autonomous, international & multi-cultural environment  (TOEIC score>900).
