CARAT Digital Project Leader

Position Summary:

 

As a part of the Clinical and Regulatory Affairs department, the Support Office Digital team, comprised of 6 people based in Marcy l’Etoile and Saint-Louis, you are in charge of leading the Digital Transformation of the department.  The Digital team in Regulatory Affairs consists of about 130 employees based mainly in France and the United States.  As a Digitial Project Manager,  you play an integral role in the implementation of new digital solutions for the department. You act as a key coordinator between Information System, Software Development and our department to implement our Digital Roadmap, select the most appropriate solutions and conduct projects to success.

This role requires strong communication skills to liaise with our stakeholders and work efficiently with them.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize projects and oversee the projects from kick off to implementation
  • Support user’s requirements definition and processes analysis
  • Ensure project timelines, budget, risks follow-up and provide regular and relevant communication to our stakeholders
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is created
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders; actively engage with them to define their needs
  • Coordinate user’s training and change management activities to foster users’ adoption and satisfaction
  • Promote the growth of technical or business expertise of team members through mentoring and targeted on the task training.
  • Ensure technological watch in the relevant expertise to consider suitable solutions; understands business rational in the choice of the foreseen solutions.

 

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ plus years of related experience (digitlal transformation, project management) 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
  • Customer and solution oriented
  • Organized, rigorous and autonomous
  • Results-driven, self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Ability to take initiatives and propose solutions
  • Proven ability to work creatively demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
  • Technical background is required and good knowledge in the following technologies: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and / or Python programming and / or Tableau Software may be a plus
  • Languages : English
