Position Summary:

The Quality Coordinator is an essential position within the Commercial Quality Operations team performing a wide range of activities.  This position needs to ensure that short- and long-term business objectives are identified and met.  This includes, but not limited to, administrative tasks, small project management, documentation gathering, contacting customers, and other duties as assigned.


Primary Duties:

  1. Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
  2. Executes assigned quality projects, with guidance from technical quality experts (depending on his (her) level of experience), using business standards, practices, procedures, and project requirements.
  3. Assures proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with applicable quality directives and procedures.
  4. Participates and communicates status, business issues, and significant developments in projects.
  5. Communicates with customers to gather appropriate documentation as needed.
  6. Performs other duties as assigned.


Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelors degree preferred.

1+ years of previous experience requiring professional communication and interactions utilizing the skills outlined below:


  • Self-starter
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient  in MS Office Suite applications
