The Install Base & Customer Enabler Manager is accountable for several pillars: Asset & contract life cycle management, Equipment Orders & Installations, Customer Enablers (Quotestream, salesforce...). 


Your Main missions and responsabilities as a IB Manager will be : 


  • Implement installed base data strategy and data policy & manage KPI’s related to teams responsibility  

  • Understand daily operational workload handling of team & support if needed. Monitor teams performance related to IB status update process, installation process, contract management as well as teams performance in cooperation with SSC process setup. 

  • Set up a standardized BenNor Installed Base processes and improve communication between related departments.  

  • Implement the relevant process to ensure compliance with business quality and health authorities regulations for end to end traceability.  

  • Ensure reports from Installed Base internal reporting systems. 

  • Be responsible for the reconciliation with Finance. 

  • Be the representative in local Ex Com on that topic. 

  • Be responsible for Customer enablers helping to boost commercial performance & customer centricity: salesforce, quotestream etc. 

  • Be responsible for continuous improvement : Analyze documents, tools, processes, organization and make proposals to improve & optimize data model, service quality and profitability, including cross-department processes. 

  • Contribute to transversal projects impacting installed base, e.g. CPQ


Who are you ? 

-  Master degree (finance oriented) or equivalent work experience  

-  SAP & salesforce knowledge, Proficient in Windows OS, MS Office programs (excel, word, PowerPoint)  

- Financial background 

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, understanding asset management workflow  

- Strong people manager  

- Ability to communicate and interact with other departments 

- Well organized person 

- People and result oriented  

- Good presentation skills 

- A person who sees solutions not the problems  

- knowledgeable about managing teams on different locations is an added value 

- Subject Matter Expert for addressing escalated issues related to team members job functions 

- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
