1. PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
- Provide support and troubleshooting to internal and external customers.
- Handle complaints per established guidelines: open, follow investigative stages, and close.
- Internal & External product training provide
- Perform laboratory testing
2. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB
Experience & Personality:
- Minimum 3 years working experiences in hospital laboratory or technical support and troubleshooting experience in the medical device company, IVD experience is preferred
- Knowledge of bioMerieux’s product is preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player and taking the ownership of the job responsibility
3.Education & Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Medical Examination
-At least 0.5 years experience in hospital
- Basic English skill of reading and writing
- Good computer knowledge
