Field Application Specialist

Job Description: 
• Coordinate and provide technical ongoing support to bioMérieux systems and reagents : pre-installation, technical installation, configurations, connections, training on customer site and validation/verifications
• Answers internal and external customer inquiries
• Provides proactive and corrective fine tuning of assay applications to ensure optimal analytical performance
• Ensures regulatory compliance through timely and accurate documentation in the ERP system
• Completes all after- technical support documentation (ERP/CRM) necessary to update the planners, customer
• Supports the sales team and sales cycle by providing technical sales support in preparing tenders, contracts, product
• Provides consistent follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and meet key performance indicators(KPIs)
• Promote bioMérieux solutions demonstration, evaluations, on site visits on post sales
• Perform PC obsolescence and SW update cooperated with Field Service Engineer
• Develop & retain business, strengthen customer relationship
• Make organizational recommendations around the equipment in order to optimize the workflow,  address  three dimensions: technical, quality and productivity
• Enable bioMérieux customer in fully utilizing the technical potential of the solutions (interpretation of results, specimen management, workflow optimization..)
• Captures competitive environment, leads and opportunities
• Define/establish the most appropriate method based on the experience of self or others, present appropriate solutions, and improve/develop the current approach
• Can understand the customer's situation and recommend our solution properly under customer's situation

Qualification: 
• Bachelor / Master’s degree in biology/microbiology/molecular, bioMérieux products related to business specificities
• 4/6 years’ experience in biology or industrial microbiology(Food or Healthcare industry)
• Training and consulting capabilities
• Knowledge of laboratory workflows and automation
• Good communication skill with related department and employee and able to communicate his /her ideas clearly
• No limitation for local and international business trip
• Fluent English is preferred
• Driving license
