Manufacturing Engineer

  • Transferring new products to manufacturing, outlining all aspects of production process

  • Defining specifications of assembly tools and testing tools

  • Engineering documentation for manufacturing (assembly and testing procedures)

  • Manufacturing process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ)

  • Technical support and training for manufacturing operators

  • Managing manufacturing  process deviations and material non conformities

  • Measuring and analyzing defects of manufacturing lines

  • Proposing and implementing continuous improvements initiatives

  • Introducing digital transformation into manufacturing processes

  • Supporting technical leaders: technical investigations, corrective actions, design improvements

  • Collaborating with other team members and functions (Purchasing, Manufacturing, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D)



  • Technical degree with consolidated work experience in manufacturing assembly and testing phases, Field Service activities or equipment maintenance

  • or Bachelor’s degree / Master degree in Industrial Engineering area with at least 2 years experience in manufacturing or industrial business.

  • Hands-on technical experience and attitude strongly preferred

  • Keen on product and process improvements

  • English: able to manage written and oral communication

  • Fluent in Italian



  • Knowledge of product design fundamentals (mechanics, electronics)

  • Familiar with manufacturing processes and quality controls

  • Able to master technical problem solving methodologies

  • Continuous improvement mindset and familiar with Lean principles

  • Team player, self-starter

  • Language: Italian (fluent), English (intermediate)
