Customer Service & Master Data Specialist

Place of work: Warsaw (hybrid work)

 

Job responsibilities:

 

  • Inbound and outband customer service tasks:
    • answering incoming written messages in email in a timely manner
    • providing support with the process knowledge to our customer who request help

 

  • Sales data administration in the SAP system:
    • Customer data management
      • Customer price list creation/modification/deactivation
      • Customer accounts creation/modification/deactivation
    • Customer complaints management
      • Performing corrective actions including credit & debit notes; new shipments; return orders; master data & price list corrections
    • Billing management
    • Sales Contract management
    • Installed Base managing the life cycle of customer assets form the time it is installed and becomes productive, through the period it is in use until the period it is eventually dismantled.

 

  • Ensure that all the processes comply with the corporate requirements including appropriate approvals and documentation

 

  • Perform analysis and support resolution of issues related to the processes with internal teams/process experts and/or our customers

 

  • You will also maintain work relations with internal & external stakeholders

 

 

Requirements:

• Education min. secondary (during studies) or higher

• Very good command of English is required in everyday work

• Good knowledge of another foreign language is welcome (including Spanish, Italian, German)

• Very good knowledge of the Windows environment

• Knowledge of the SAP system

• Focus on details, work under time pressure, continuous improvement of qualifications

• Professional experience is welcome

• Work full of challenges in an international environment in a company with high ethical standards
