SCOPO PRIMARIO E OBIETTIVO GENERALE DEL RUOLO:

The primary purpose of the Stagiaire in Supply Chain, Italy is to support the supply chain team on handling customers logistics questions and complaints, support corrective actions implementation, and help consolidate key performance indicators.

 

PRINCIPALI INCARICHI:

  • Register customer complaints and logistic claims in SAP, using dedicated templates

  • Support team on products allocations processes, for products in back-order situation

  • Answer simple customer questions on delivery status, using dedicated communication templates

  • Support compilation and analysis of supply chain Key Performance Indicators

  • Contribute to master data creation and updates in our systems, for customer and product information

  • Support new projects on improvements projects, some in interaction with our Global supply chain headquarters in France

  • Generate ideas, analyze and elaborate action plan on all subjects can improve day to day pocess and activity

 

FORMAZIONE, COMPETENZE E ESPERIENZE RICHIESTE PER IL RUOLO:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Master in Supply Chain or customer service is a plus

  • Excellent knowledge of EXCEL, Power Point, WORD, Outlook

  • Italian and English Language proficiency

  • High rigor and precision

  • Strong customer service mindset : customer-satisfaction driven

  • Collaborative. Able to work well within a team

  • Strong proactive communication skills (with customers, and within team)

  • Action-oriented, issue-solving, and driven to deliver. Focused on delivering best possible results for the organization, and shows determination, resourcefulness and a sense of purpose in achieving this

  • Curious and willing to learn. An inquisitive, open-minded type, who seeks out new ways to support the development of the organization
