Business Industry Manager

Location: Hanoi, Vietnam
Position Type: Unfixed Term


Vietnam Business  Manager has the responsibility to oversee, lead and delivery of business strategy/ marketing activity in assign territory/Segment/Key Account/ Distributor  for bioMérieux products in Vietnam Market, This role will work closely with ASEAN North business head,Marketer, customer service team. distributor team and align with regional marketing and people from global team.



  • Develop segment strategy, product strategy and sale & marketing strategy in assign area.
  • Manager Local Key Account, Regional Account and support Global strategic account.
  • Manage Distributor/ Dealer and business partner in respect area.
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads by utilized CRM system.
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.



  • At least 10+ years business management, product management and portfolio management  
  • Medical device Food Safety industry experience preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English in both written and oral forms
  • Ability to travel (up to 40%)
