Within the Global industry Customer Service (GiCS) department, acting as a Global 3P Implementation Senior Project Leader , you will be at the forefront of delivering to Strategic and Key Pharmaceutical accounts a premium technical consultancy and manage new projects at customers linked with a new product range dedicated to automation of environmental monitoring. The position is based in United States of America within the Global Industry Customer Service team reporting to the Global Implementation Director Environmental Monitoring Solutions.

In this position you will analyse and design the best technical solution together with customers and third parties and coordinate the services to deploy it. You participate to all phases of the life cycle of a technical project at customer (design, present, implement, support).  You agree on the infrastructure requirements for the considered business application, according to the company strategy and to the customers constraints and on the efforts to put them in place with the customer together.

As a senior project leader, you work closely with the Implementation Director and the Strategic Key Account Team and you manage your own projects during pre-sales activities, implementation and handover to support teams, in all aspects: scope, timeline, strategy and compliance.

You will work closely at customer site with various departments such as Quality control, IT, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Quality Assurance and you can interact with various functions (from Lab technician to senior VP)

You will provide support to customers and to bioMerieux Strategic and Key account Team, with with organizing, troubleshooting and complaint handling.  You will be the main coordinator of all project deployment activities under your responsibility having the customer satisfaction as your first priority.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for Implementation of the solution at customers, and act as a main correspondent for customer externally and Implementation Director internally
  •  Analyzing the main requirements, elaborate the planning and adjust it accordingly, coordinate the different internal stakeholders and bridge with other external partners
  • Works collaboratively with all staff (internal/ Third parties /customers) for problem resolution and be a source of inspiration for suggestions of improvements
  • Be the voice of customers for contributing to product and services evolution
  • As a Global Project Leader, you will represent the Global Industry Customer Service internally and externally for the considered services as well :
  • Facilitate the skills development and assure knowledge transfer to subsidiaries/distributors/customers
  • Evaluate the quality of the training program and the skills level of the trainees
  • Evaluate the quality of the services provided by the external partners
  • Be an ambassador internally for  advanced remote field support to subsidiaries/distributors/customers according to the company strategy
  • Contribute to action plans for critical situations and/or working groups

 

Studies and Experience

 

  • Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, automation or other IT/ technical field
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience servicing as a Project Leader / Product Manager / Senior Engineer in an industrial environment with proven track of records in a customer facing environment.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical environment (production, QC, QA, IT) or medical device as a strong advantage

 

Skills - Qualifications

 

  • Strong skills in project management and sense of priorities
  • General knowledge about IT, cybersecurity and prevention of intrusion
  • Highly focussed customer orientation and ability to deal with third parties
  • Strong communication skills (external at customer/ internal)
  • Autonomy and responsiveness
  • Proficiency in Project Management software (MS Project / WRIKE). Advanced level in Powerpoint
  • Good knowledge about reporting tools incl CRM Sales Force
  • French speaking language a plus
  • Travel expectation 40% of time across USA. Occasional international travels.
  • Strong communication skills
