Our Global Marketing & Commercial Performance department is looking for a Commercial Performance Process Expert (CRM) under a permanent contract, to join the Global Commercial Capabilities & Performance (GCCP) team. You will report to the Director of the Commercial Enablement CRM unit within a team of 2 team members.
What will be your mission ?
Working closely with the CRM Business Performance Manager, your main mission will be to support, improve and accompany the deployment of marketing & commercial processes in bioMerieux's different markets, from an operational perspective, with our Customer Relation Management tool (Salesforce).
Participate and support the implementation of the new commercial organization in collaboration with the GCCP team.
Manage the improvement of commercial processes in a context of business transformation and strategic initiatives within the company by:
Supporting and following up on the business side (Sales & Marketing) of the tool updates (Salesforce)
Preparing Salesforce releases: qualification of needs, documentation and formalization of tests, communication on changes, updating of training materials, etc.
Coordinating and organizing sessions dedicated to Key Users.
Provide operational support to the global Sales & Marketing teams in association with other key departments for Salesforce (IS, Service, Supply Chain, digital):
Salesforce access management
Interface consistency and data synchronization
Supporting business needs in a solution-oriented way
Support regions and subsidiaries in their needs and requests for process evolution:
Follow up on incidents, service requests, improvements reported by users and liaise with IS for resolution follow-up
Proactively create and develop solutions to meet the identified and priority needs of our key subsidiaries in conjunction with the IS team
Contribute to the development of dashboards for users and participate in commercial and marketing data analysis
Who are you ?
Minimum 4 years of higher education in business (sales, marketing, management) and/or in business-oriented project management
Minimum 2 years of experience in a business function (sales, marketing) or project management
You master the Salesforce tool
You have a fluent level of English (oral and written)
Curious, empathetic, willing to share with others and help a team to gain maturity
Customer oriented and willing to listen to their needs
Strong analytical and communication skills
Very comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
Occasional travel (<20%)
