Installed Base Management Specialist (Maternity replacement - Part-time)

Main tasks:

  • Guarantees customer satisfaction
  • Management of instrument quotations and orders in SAP
  • Ensures good coordination, instructions and best-practice sharing with our Shared Service Center in Poland for instruments order creation
  • Coordinates installations and interventions at customers with Sales and Customer Service
  • Prepares maintenance contracts
  • Invoicing follow-up, treats Credit Note requests
  • Installed Base accuracy follow-up, requests its creation or modification in SAP and SalesForce
  • Control and Invoicing of Service orders
  • INSPIRE follow-up (customer pick-ups and exchange of FilmArray)
  • Archives customer files

 

Profile and competencies:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Installed Base Management or Supply Chain
  • Dynamic profile with high level of dedication and team spirit
  • Good knowledge of French, German and English (needed daily)
  • Good knowledge of Office package, SAP and ideally SalesForce
