We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will work and grow within the Corporate Program Management Team and will report to the Senior Program Director within a team of 31 co-workers for a worldwide market-leading Medical Device Manufacturer.

Your main role during your VIE will be to support transversal, strategic, and operational projects:

  • You will work closely with the Project Manager and dedicated teams to achieve SOLaR project goals and objectives. Specific projects include Spotfire and the SOLaR project in which we are emerging a new Spotfire product line delivering fast and accurate multiplex PCR as close as possible to the patient to provide actionable results in under 20 minutes. The SOLaR project goal is to focus on the Spotfire product commercialization to drive product adoption and utilization in the US healthcare market.

  • You will also work with the Senior Program Director to co-develop process for portfolio management, strategy, and prioritization with the department leadership team

 

What will be your mission?

As a Project Coordinator, you will organize and manage various parts of a project to ensure its success.

You will assist with planning and coordinating project scheduling, project timelines, and budgeting. This includes assigning and monitoring daily tasks and communication, as well as creating reports and updates, and maintaining project documentation.

  • Attend project meetings, provide follow-up documentation including action items, meeting minutes, key decisions.

  • Assist in preparing and communicating project status, risks, and timeline.

  • Assist in drafting and maintaining project documentation including project proposals, requirements, projects plan, schedules, and budgets.

  • Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans, budgets, and scheduled milestones.

  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to project manager.

  • Work collaboratively with the project/program Team.

  • Communicate ideas for improving company processes.

 

Who are you?

You like challenging and fast-paced environment and know how to keep things running smoothly… You are detail-oriented, dependable, a problem solver and a good communicator

  • Master’s degree in business or Engineering with at least a first experience in project management.

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Good organization skill and strong attention to detail

  • Able to challenge decisions and to recognize important and high-level information.

  • Office Software (Work, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Visio and MS project will be a plus

  • Flexibility and agility to learn quickly new topics

  • Self-motivated and ability to manage time effectively.
