The Supply Chain Performance department, is accountable for the robustness and efficiency of Supply processes. The department drives Supply Chain transformation through a roadmap of projects worldwide, with the objective of improving customer satisfaction and processes efficiency. The team is also accountable to document and share best practices, deliver and maintain the relevant KPIs to measure and improve the overall Supply Chain performance of the company.

As Business Process Owner for Customer Supply processes, you are responsible for the transformation and the optimization of the Supply Chain processes designed to serve our customers:
Support the Customer Supply teams in the different countries to evaluate and grow their maturity, help them design their plan to improve customer orientation, efficiency, digitalization and customer added value.
Develop the usage of digital channels like E Commerce or EDI. Define the business rules to apply to keep an harmonized process across the different countries.
Design & deploy the processes & tools to capture and analyze customer feedbacks on Supply Chain processes worldwide. Act as an ambassador to promote the customer-oriented mindset for Supply Chain teams and integrate the customer satisfaction as a routine performance indicator.
Promote the deployment of the Supply Chain Offer to customers from both Product and Services perspectives.
Design & implement the most adapted methods to provide information and visibility to customers and Supply Chain teams from order taking to final delivery
Optimize the Sales Order Orchestration processes: prioritization, ATP, business rules, consistency checks and releases… to ensure an optimal service to customers.
You co-build, with the Supply Chain VPs, the projects roadmap required to meet company objectives and you monitor the portfolio of projects of your scope, ensure they are delivered in time / budget / quality / value. To accomplish your mission, you lead a team composed as of today of 2 project managers and a process expert, to meet both transformation and continuous improvement ambitions. At the heart of the Customer Excellence, you interact daily with actors from different departments, you build strong collaboration and work transversally to ensure the success of your mission.
