Salary:
Competitive shift differential pay starts at $17.50 up to $20.65, including shift differentials.
Shift option available: Friday - Monday 6 PM-4:30 AM
Essential Job Duties:
- Perform all assigned floor care functions based on departmental standards, company policy and within the guidelines of bioMerieux' quality system.
- Safely operate and provide preventative maintenance for floor care machinery such as buffers, burnishers, auto scrubbers, etc.
- Utilize appropriate chemicals and supplies according to applicable policies and procedures.
- Perform all tasks in a timely and professional manner.
- May be asked to perform other custodial and environmental service duties as directed by supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently, be attentive to detail, and maintain a positive attitude.
Experience:
- Operation and maintenance of floor care equipment such as burnishers, auto scrubbers, carpet extractors.
- Knowledge of floor care equipment, chemicals and procedures.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift, push and pull heavy objects. Liftin requirement 60 lbs.
Requires repetitive motions. Reaching, bending, stooping.
