Competitive shift differential pay starts at $17.50 up to $20.65, including shift differentials.

Shift option available: Friday - Monday 6 PM-4:30 AM


Essential Job Duties:

  • Perform all assigned floor care functions based on departmental standards, company policy and within the guidelines of bioMerieux' quality system.
  • Safely operate and provide preventative maintenance for floor care machinery such as buffers, burnishers, auto scrubbers, etc.
  • Utilize appropriate chemicals and supplies according to applicable policies and procedures.
  • Perform all tasks in a timely and professional manner.
  • May be asked to perform other custodial and environmental service duties as directed by supervisor.


  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently, be attentive to detail, and maintain a positive attitude.


  • Operation and maintenance of floor care equipment such as burnishers, auto scrubbers, carpet extractors.
  • Knowledge of floor care equipment, chemicals and procedures.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift, push and pull heavy objects. Liftin requirement 60 lbs.
Requires repetitive motions. Reaching, bending, stooping.
