bioMérieux Global Information Systems is an international and transversal organization responsible for supporting bioMérieux in its development and digital transformation. To support and secure the business transformation project, enhance the quality and the scalability of IS deliveries, bioMérieux Global IS has developed professional practices in Project Management, Test Management and Change and Adoption management.
bioMérieux Global IS is recruiting an IS Domain manager of the professional practices to support the development of the North American business and the willingness to implement proximity management of the team members.
The team is made up of around twelve professionals, employees and subcontractors, who contribute to projects and ensure the accompaniment of the IS and business organization along the projects and the transformation journey. To lead this successful team, we are recruiting a leader who will pursue the continuous improvement of their operational excellence. This position reports directly to the IS VP in charge.
As the global IS portfolio of activities will be shared and distributed between the EMEA and the North American teams, the domain manager leading the North American practices will work hand in hand with the EMEA IS domain managers to address the full scope of expected deliveries and services.
What does an IS NA Practices Domain Manager do?
The primary responsibility of the IS NA Practices Domain Manager is to manage the alignment between the team's workload, skills and knowledge with the demand. This will be managed in a very close collaboration with the other practice domain managers to ensure the most effective delivery model on all activities the domain is in charge of.
Who is the IS NA Practices Domain Manager?
Bachelor's Degree in IS/CS, life science, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of project, test, and change management, including involvement in IS-related projects, business transformation projects, and community management.
