- HISS Sales Executive

To manage and lead the sales process and implementation of CLARION within a defined sales area through collaborative cross selling involving the respective local field representatives, regional business manager, field application specialist, and corporate account manager.  The HISS Sales Executive role requires a consultative interface with multiple customer touch points within the Acute Care, Reference Lab, and Veterinary setting including: Laboratory, IT, Clinical Pharmacy, Quality, and Antimicrobial Stewardship Programs.  The HISS Sales Executive is responsible for attaining individual revenue and contract goals while effectively contributing to the acceleration of sustainable profitable growth through the execution of a Software as a Service business model. 

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years clinical sales experience working in a collaborative and consultative team environment
  • Minimum 3 years Software as a Service sales experience
  • Minimum 3 years Laboratory and IT experience

 

Education:

Bachelor degree or higher required 

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Candidate must be able to demonstrate:

  • Working knowledge of Software as a Service business model in a clinical setting
  • Knowledge of acute care, clinical and laboratory environment
  • Basic functionality and data flow of typical hospital information systems
  • Self-motivation and proactive behavior
  • Logical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain and advance multiple projects and initiatives at one time

 

Requirements:

  • Residency within your assigned geography preferred
  • 70% travel including overnights
  • CLARION sales opportunity management through all stages of the sales cycle processes from lead qualification through technical close to financial close to won
  • Coordinate customer implementation and expanded utilization of CLARION
  • Contribute to the clinical adoption, commercial process advancement, customer acceptance, and profitable growth of CLARION
  • Improve customer centricity and competency around our commercial capabilities of Rapid Diagnostics in a healthcare provider setting
  • Collaboration with the US Clinical Sales and Marketing organizations in the promotion of our software portfolio linking the power of our diagnostic portfolio with the value of data and improved interoperability
  • Contribute to the development and deployment of a contracting model in support of our High Medical Value and Diagnostic Stewardship market position
