We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (m/w/d)
Location: Nürtingen close to Stuttgart or remote

In this position, you will be a part of our EMEA Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence and HR team of Central Europe including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary and Czech Republic. You will have close ties to the Leadership team of the Cluster.

What will your responsibilities be?

• You serve as a trusted Advisor to leaders, hiring Managers and HR with regards to Talent Acquisition topics by providing expert advice and regular market feedback
• You consult with leaders, hiring managers and HR on position descriptions, requisition creation and sourcing strategies
• You lead and manage the full recruitment processes from the planning phase, criteria definition, sourcing (direct and indirect channels), selection, interview, assessments, offer and closing
• You bring creativity and explore new ways of proactive recruiting to build a diverse pipeline of candidates
• The experience of our candidates and internal stakeholders is positive also due to your efficient communication skills.
• The regular update and maintenance of information in our data base is a natural habit for you
• You contribute to the co-development of our Talent Acquisition processes, HR Marketing, Employer Branding and other projects

Who are you?

• You have 6+ years of recruitment experience including proven success for recruiting professional roles in the industry environment.
• We are searching for a strong consultative approach with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain successful business partner relationships at all levels of the organisation
• You must be hungry to do active sourcing, get in touch with the best candidates and promote our company in a competitive market
• You demonstrate business acumen and curiosity to understand our profiles, future needs and how they fit into our business strategy
• You have a digital mindset, enjoy social networking and writing. You enjoy working locally in Germany on a medium-sized setting while being part of an international team  
• You are located ideally in the Nürtingen Stuttgart area or remote within Germany with the ability to go to our office on a regular basis. You also enjoy to travel internationally from time to time.
• Fluent English and German is required
