We look for the following position

 

PRODUCT MANAGER INDUSTRY for Poland, Hungary & Czechia

 

PRIMARY SCOPE

Provide operational and strategical Marketing support for Central Europe East with focus on Poland, Hungary and Czech Republic, within the Food & Health Care business. In view of the strategic customer orientation, taking customer value management into account, the marketing activity is designed for Central Europe as a whole.

 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES 

  • Define pricing policy and follow up profitability
  • Product forecast as well as monitoring and controlling the delivery situation in cooperation with the responsible departments
  • Drive the generation of new opportunities  and contribute to the achievement of the sales budget of the allocated Product/Brand range
  • Adapt Corporate strategies to the local market; segmentation, market research, business strategies, promotional activities.
  • Interpret, perform and analyze market studies for product knowledge, customers  and competition (Market structure, Potential for growth etc.)
  • Planning and coordination of solution and segment orientated actions in order to implement the global/local marketing strategy
  • Develop promotional materials
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with KOL’s , identifying and proposing new business opportunities.
  • Implement the launch of new products/instrument/services, following the launch template. Take ownership of the product launch and when ready transfer the knowledge to the sales force
  • Regularly conduct joint visits with the local sales teams in the different countries to better know the market.
  • Manage external communication and contacts with opinion leaders and scientific associations.

 

PROFILE

Studies-Experience

  • Degree in biology / food technology etc. (BA), preferably in the field of the product scope, marketing degree is a plus
  • Alternatively education as Lab Technician in a routine Laboratory
  • Experience in Sales and/or Marketing 3 years minimum

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of lab environment
  • International mindset, ability to adjust in multicultural environment, good relational skills
  • Good ability for communication, team work and organization, networking within and outside the company
  • Financial indicators understanding

 

Language:

  • Fluent  in English

 

Travel Time  : approx. 30-40% customer facing time
