Its operational management is under the responsibility of a dedicated Program Officer.
The Endowment Fund is very active, already supporting 20 new projects selected late 2022 to be kicked-off and closely monitored throughout 2023, while guaranteeing increased visibility of its actions, impact, and achievements, both internally and externally. To achieve these objectives, we are looking for a Communications Manager M/W
Directly reporting to the Program Officer, you will:
• Work on the communications strategy
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of the communications plan
• Management of internal social networks
• Creation and management of external social network pages (LinkedIn)
• Develop content, media, and tools for external and internal communications
• Make oral presentations about the Endowment Fund’s projects/actions/achievements to bioMérieux internal audiences/employees
• Manage communications campaigns
• Develop the Fund’s brand image
• Build, grow and manage the Endowment Fund’s community
• Identify, advertise/communicate about and coordinate volunteering missions related to projects supported by the Endowment Fund and organize solidarity team buildings
• Design and coordinate events
•On occasions, help with the management of supported projects (in particular during the call for projects period)
Who are you?
You have at least 5 years of experience in communications within an international company or within an endowment fund.
You know how to work in project mode, establish and follow a communication plan.
You are agile, master social networks and can deliver creative content
You have a good knowledge of Photoshop and video editing.
You are proactive, can provide proposals/recommendations, work autonomously and have strong interpersonal skills
You have excellent writing skills in French and English
You are Fluent in both French and English
You are interested in solidarity/philanthropy topics
This full-time position is based at Campus de l'Etoile. It is to be filled as soon as possible. The successful candidate will remain an employee of bioMérieux and will be made available to the Endowment Fund on a full-time basis.
