Regional Lab. Consultancy Solution Manager Latam

Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job (to be defined in only one sentence):
Based on bioMérieux's global guidelines and strategies, the Lab consultancy solution manager must work in close cooperation with the Regional Manager in the direction and preparation of the strategic marketing plan to CONNECT-UP, Lab Consultancy (High-End Solutions). Providing support for all Latin America, working with Commercial Managers to implement the strategic marketing / sales plan, with the objective of maximizing business in Latin America CONNECT-UP and Lab Consultancy.
Main Accoutabilities:
- Management of appropriate technical projects for High-End Solutions throughout Latin America. The scope of action includes remote and field project qualification, pre-sales support, feasibility studies and effective demonstration management.
- Contribute to the formulation and monitoring of the definition of the High-End Solutions strategy, providing relevant information about customers, testimonials and exhibitions for the responsible countries. The work directly affects short and long-term sales and the company's strategic objectives, with regard to the growth of bioMérieux's commercial interests in Latam's industrial market segment.
- Generate effective interaction with industry managers to become a reliable partner to support your business and effectively engage in your business opportunities, making sure that they are properly qualified, technically evaluated and mainly successfully implemented.
- Generate effective interaction with CSI and local level 1: for customer service organizations: Ensuring that key competencies are developed by representatives of Local Level 1 (through on-site training, hands-on training, etc.) , in addition to ensuring fluent communication and reporting to CSI knowledge centers and incident handling and knowledge management processes.
Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Lab consultancy experience (Lab Performance assessment). Lean six sigma (Green/Black Belt)
- Strong microbiology background with experience in food industries
- >3y experience in a technical support position
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and project management
- Results oriented


- Language: Fluent in Spanish and Advanced in English
