Intern - Quality Engineering Validation

Position Summary:

Support basic validation initiatives and tasks within the validation lifecycle.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the development, execution, review and approval of lifecycle documentation
  • Assure validation documentation is generated, reviewed and approved in accordance with documented procedures
  • Support Change Control processes  in support of system changes, re-validation and re-qualification initiatives
  • Provide periodic assessment of validated processes and equipment
  • Create, review and revise as necessary department standard operating procedures
  • Ensure validation records are maintained in an accurate and compliant manner

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have reached Sophomore level status or later 
    • Engineering or Science major preferred
    • Preferred coursework experience in product development or process development
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledgeable of cGMP is preferred
