Inventory Planner (Supply Chain)

We are looking for a Replenishment Planner to support reagents replenishment flows from the United States to bioMérieux Subsidiaries.

This position will report to the Worldwide Stock Deployment Manager within Supply & Demand Management.

This position is located in Saint Louis, Missouri, United States.

 

What will be your main missions ?

    • Manage stock availability of some subsidiaries to reach On Time In Full targets in respect of the scrap objectives.
    • Contribute to build and ensure maintenance of the subsidiaries Service Level Agreement, in collaboration with the Brand Inventory Managers and subsidiaries (including launch and discontinuation of products)
    • Build and optimize the stock deployment plan (transportation mode, replenishment frequency…)
    • Ensure the monitoring of stock deployment performance with the appropriate KPIs, alert stakeholders in case of deviations, investigate causes and readjust appropriate planning data and actions accordingly.
    • Lead the appropriate governance (i.e. Short Interval Meetings, project team meetings…)
    • Be the key point of contact for subsidiaries in your scope for global supply and planning strategy to make the link with the upstream S&DM team
    • Execute the replenishment plan (interfacing with the transport department, International Sales Administration Team in US, US IDCs stakeholders, US based inventory Managers) in compliance with internal procedures and international regulations
    • Contribute to or lead crisis cells, if necessary

 

 

 Who are you ?

  •  Bachelor's or Master Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business 
  • 2+ years of professional experience in the above fields.
  • Expert knowledge in supply chain, mostly planning, inventory management and logistic flow management.
  • Ability to communicate in an multicultural environment with enthusiasm / cross functional experience
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to plan ahead
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical skills, work with data to assess situations and take appropriate action.
  • Knowledge of internal company processes, products and strong interpersonal network.
  • Skilled in IS tools : Excel, SAP (ECC / APO) , Planning and stock deployment tools (i.e OMP, Fluide)
  • You are proficient in English (written and oral), French could be a plus
