As HR intern supporting both Commercial Operations & Manufacturing across Spain & Portugal you will learn and participate on a wide generalist HR projects & activities such as procedures and requirements on recruitment, learning & development, labor and employee relations, employee assistance, engagement & well-being, internal communication and other initiatives in support of bioMérieux people & business objectives.

 

What will be your missions at bioMérieux?

  • Help on recruiting activities to cover our business needs using temporary agencies or other recruitment sources.
  • Facilitate and coordinate new employees onboarding, Induction and Qualification Plan.
  • Support our training and development plan setting their content, choosing providers, establishing logistics, managing budget, ensuring the implementation and keeping track of training records so that they can be audited.
  • Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes, programs and policies to support our business strategy and our people, such as Engagement survey, Equity Gender Plan, Wellbeing, labor time tracking…
  • Helps to maintain HR information systems, support HR analytics and participate in audits.
  • Support internal communication initiatives delivered through different channels such as email, Yammer, Employee Portal...
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and recommend best practices.

 

Who Are you?

  • HR Master student or recently finalized that allows you to sign a full time Apprentice contract.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources department.
  • HR / People & Business passionate
  • Good knowledge of local labour law and regulations
  • Strong Digital mindset and MS Office management
  • Self-starter, good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Confidentiality, transparency and analytical approach
  • Proficiency in English & Spanish. Portuguese will be valuable.
