We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is a new position, and will support Learning and Development activities across Canada, the US, and Latin America.  The Training Coordinator will report the Learning and Development Director - Americas and is structured to allow flexibility including a hybrid office schedule.  

 

Primary Duties

  • LMS (Cornerstone OnDemand) administration including; data entry, reporting, customer support, and troubleshooting
  • Invoicing of external training providers
  • Ensure accuracy of LMS data
  • Support logistics for in-person classes including; room reservation, room setup, trainer support, and learner support
  • Provide administrative support to Learning and Development - Americas priorities and projects
  • Coordinate with global partners in France, Canada, and LATAM
  • Effectively communicate/coordinate with various internal stakeholders (Merieux University, Finance, Purchasing, LMS Super Admins, etc.)
  • Market company training opportunities to employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
  • 3-5 years related work experience

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience coordinating training events in a corporate setting
  • Experience working in an LMS (CSOD preferred)
  • Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Strong communication skills
