What will be your mission at bioMérieux ?


We are looking for a senior technical analyst to be our key Major Incident and Crisis coordinator, within the global IS Operations & Performance team. This mission includes Problem management and root cause analysis coordination.

You will also be involved in transversal projects (Observability, Application Performance Management, Enterprise Architecture, Application lifecycle Management, CMDB…), as needed. It may lead to the ownership of some software in those areas.

Your engagement will help secure IT availability, so maximizing company contribution to public health.

Major incident coordination encompasses:

  • Animate investigation to restore service as soon as possible
  • Communicate progress at diverse levels in the company
  • Make sure all needed resources join the effort (Internals, Vendors, Managed Services partners…)
  • Secure progress of investigation and action plans
  • Drive continuous improvements of the major incident management process

On top of a strong technical background in IT infrastructure, you will use your leadership and influence skills to animate or drive whenever needed the resolution of major incident to reduce the business impact. You should be able to federate a strong and focused team.


Who are you ?


  • Post-graduate degree in Information Systems with > 6 years’ experience, including broad infrastructure knowledge (server, network, databases, middleware, …)
  • Experience in driving major incident, impacting business (manufacturing, supply chain, …) or related to cybersecurity.
  • Experience with managed services, especially offshore
  • Soft skills to communicate from end users to top managers
  • Fluent in English and in French is mandatory
