Digital Employee Experience Coordinator

Digital Employee Experience (DEX) is part of the Digital Transformation at bioMérieux and encompasses the employee’s holistic interaction with technology in their work environment. DEX aims to simplify employees’ lives through the use of digital tools, including our two flagship offers: our employee portal bob (based on Microsoft Sharepoint) and WeDev citizen development service (based on Power Automate and Power Apps).  

 

The DEX Product Coordinator will be vital in supporting the overall DEX offer – gathering and analyzing product performance data, collaborating with Change Management to promote product roadmaps and helping internal stakeholders understand the value in our products. You will also assist our product owners in identifying opportunities for alignment in roadmap planning and change management activities as well as supporting product lifecycle management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Guide the bob and Citizen Development product owners in the development and the iterations of the product roadmaps, while prioritizing the product backlogs and identifying opportunities for alignment

  • Develop and enforce bob & Citizen Development lifecycle management policies and procedures

  • Define, Monitor & Regularly report the bob and Citizen Development KPIs in collaboration with the product owners and Digital Transformation Program Performance team

  • Identify new ways to gather employee needs that can lead to concrete action plans

  • Along with the DEX team, build & maintain good relationships and interactions with global, regional and local business stakeholders to ensure the synchronization of the different strategies and initiatives

  • Support change management activities, including identifying opportunities to promote DEX products and collaborating with the IS EEC Adoption Manager to ensure alignment

  • Partner with product owners to manage and support the bob Contributors Community and Citizen Developer Community, including providing timely updates and conducting basic trainings

  • Create and animate DEX Team meetings in partnership with DEX Director to ensure alignment on key topics

 

Studies and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (preferred) in relevant field with project management capabilities

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communication, Information Technology, HRIS, Marketing, Program Management, Digital Transformation)

  • 2+ years of project management experience

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extreme level of comfort with digital tools and have a willingness to expand your digital skills

  • Self-starter with continuous improvement mindset

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and collaboration tools (e.g., Klaxoon)

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities

  • Fluent English speaker
