We are looking for a

Customer Supply Manager Germany
Location: Nürtingen close to Stuttgart (onsite with homeoffice options)

As Customer Supply Manager Germany, you manage a team which operates in the background but plays a central part for the satisfaction of our customers. You organize and manage sales and after-sales administration and ensure customer information, delivery and invoicing as well as supply services and complaint handling. In this position, you report directly to the Supply Chain Director of the region.

 

YOUR MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • You lead a Team with > 5 direct team members. With your team, you steer all the different operations handled by your team on a daily manner.

  • One important aspect of this is the reagent orders management, their allocations, On-time-in-full deliveries and invoicing process.

  • You ensure customer master data accuracy, customer pricing structure and their implementation.

  • You ensure management of complaints in collaboration with the other departments like warehouse, transport, finance and quality

  • You manage EDI projects and ongoing connections for orders and invoices

  • You follow-up your and your team’s performance through implementation of KPI’s and identification of opportunities to improve and fix recurrent issues

  • You implement specific services to customers in collaboration with sales and supply chain teams

  • In order to achieve your mission, you cooperate closely with Demand and Logistic departments as well as with Customer Service, Sales and Finance and our Shared Service Center.

 

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING TO THE JOB

  • You strive for an excellent team spirit that always has the End-to-End process and the end customer satisfaction in mind while you show ownership, proactivity, and drive for commercial results.

  • You have a bachelor‘s or master’s degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain. Relevant experience in Sales Administration, Supply Chain or Customer Service is a Must. We are happy if you have experience in managing in a team.

  • You master SAP SD transactions and have a good level in IT tools, especially Excel

  • You always look for improvement, enjoy a position in operations with a strong international context

  • With your team and the customers, you speak fluent German while you communicate easily in English with the international environment of bioMérieux
