Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:
Reporting to the Regional Clinical Marketing VP, the Regional Market Manager (Dx Info Solution & Consultancy) will be responsible for driving and supporting clusters and subsidiaries in the implementation of integrated solution strategy, with a strong focus on Dx info solution & consultancy, in order to realize our Full Potential cross selling ambition. Regional Market Manager (Dx Info Solution & Consultancy) will play a key role interfacing between Global Marketing teams and cluster/subsidiary Marketing teams, ensuring well adapted version of global strategy is deployed according to market specificities and business priorities of the region.
Marketing Plan (focus on Dx Info Solution & Consultancy):
•Support Cluster/Subsidiary Marketing Director and Product Managers to build their Marketing Plan for Dx Info Solution & consultancy services following the Marketing Plan 4 Impact framework
•Working closely with all franchises marketing teams in the region, ensure the right level of IT offer and consultancy services are well embedded as part of local marketing strategy & tactics and adapted to different customer archetypes
•Be the FP Regional Coordinator for both topics, to ensure progress of regional operationalization plan and be the “voice of region” to ensure unmet needs are well addressed working closely together with respective global counter parts
Knowledge of our teams to promote, support and deploy (focus on Dx Info Solution & Consultancy):
•Serve as the “Regional point of contact” & work transversally with all others functions like Medical Affairs, customer service, L&D etc to ensure a “calibrated learning approach” is deployed across regions/cluster on both these topics.
•Work closely with local marketing teams & commercial performance teams, to ensure Sales, Account Management, Business Developers have access to right level of training, tools, documents teams deposited in a central repository (one stop shop or similar)
Animate the Regional community of Data/IT & Consultancy experts in the region:
•Animate the Regional community to facilitate information sharing, best practices, identifying referents for segments / solutions… training, competencies
•Propose recommendations to optimize the organization, skills and impact of the Marketing community within the region with the objective of strengthening its business impact
Business Performance, Budget, Strat Plan, Forecasts (focus on Consultancy and IT products/services):
•Contribute to the elaboration of the regional budget and StratPlan
•Follow the business performance on a monthly basis and be responsible for providing qualitative feedback explaining the business trajectory
•Work proactively with all marketing teams to ensure rights enablers are well integrated to support business ambition
BioMerieux Consultancy and Dx Info Solution as business enablers:
•Ensure that the Consultancy and IT strategy are well-known and understood by the subs and that collectively, corporate functions are delivering all necessary support, training, tools and material for the efficient execution of the strategy in the regions, fully leveraging the right portfolio of our Consultancy and IT solution/offer within & beyond the lab.
•Develop in-depth knowledge of the value of the bioMérieux Consultancy and Dx info solutions supporting our main strategies (AMR/AMS, Sepsis, Cross-selling…) in customer’s routine workflow, along with key differentiation items vs. competition, to define customer offer adapted to country and region specificity
•Support local G2M activities for Consultancy and IT products/services ensuring successful launch in relevant markets
•Ensure collaboration with Global Dx Info Solution and Consultancy teams and with CoE Program Director / Local Project Leads when needed, to nurture a continued improvement process in regional CoEs demonstrating value of our business enablers
•Detect opportunities to create Consultancy and Dx info solution success stories; external (patient/customer benefits) and internal (cross-selling demonstration) ones; and support that these proofs are cascaded among commercial teams
Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
•Studies-Experience:
-Graduate degree in Science and/or in Business/Marketing with 6 to 8 years’ experience in Marketing or Sales. Relevant experience in DATA/IT in IVD setting & consultancy/professional services will be a plus

-Experience in Health Care business, preferably within Broad and in depth knowledge of bioMerieux product portfolio: Microbiology, Immuno Assay and BIOFIRE
-Team spirit and customer oriented: Must thrive working cross-functionally in a matrix structure
-Ability to develop and manage key relationships with KOL and organizations
-Lean and continuous improvement methodology knowledge and experience (proven track record of successful delivery of improvement events at customer site)
