1、岗位设立的目的及目标 / PRIMARY
PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
This role is responsible for maintaining the bioMerieux
IT products/system and provide the technical support; LIMS(laboratory
information management system ) or other IT solution management, which
includes: configuration; troubleshooting and integration.
2、主要职责 / MAIN
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide the front line support for end users or distributors either calling in or email;Investigates the problems and identifies the source; determine possible solutions; test and implement solutions Implement/follow up an IT product or solution based on customer and project request. |

Contribute through code/algorithm development and other means, for the development of tools and interfaces between application programs and for the development of debugging programs. |
Participate in the development; implementation, installation, and testing of applications software like for example LIS connection, mid-ware and other company software. |
Document programming problems and resolutions for future reference. Be responsible for managing the IT projects such as software update, mid-ware development , remote services etc, led by customer service team. |
Other duties as assigned. |
3、知识、语言和经验要求 / KNOWLEDGE,
LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor Degree a must.
- At least 3 years healthcare IT working experiences.
- At Least 5 years’ experience in software development field.
- Hands-on experience with HL7 interface analysis, DICOM, and other healthcare data standards.
- Knowledge and working Experience of developing language like VC++ , Delphi , C# , SQL Server ,HTML,UML,XML
- Experience working with health informatics and standards organizations.
- Strong verbal and writing ability in both English and Chinese.
