DIRECT BUYER
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Follows the entire purchasing process for the family of products assigned (in the field of analyzers production)
Manages existing suppliers;
Looks for new vendors;
Prepares RfQ (Request for quotation); Negotiates and agrees to Terms and Conditions/Local Contracts;
Fills/updates vendor and part data in our ERP (SAP);
Manages contractual compliance and contract execution;
Helps to solve quality issues
Manages the risks linked with the supplies and suppliers.
Contribute to company effort for Corporate Social Responsibility
REQUIREMENTS
2 years of experience within the Purchasing field
Advanced spoken and written English
Experience with negotiating, qualifying suppliers, contract management
excellent communication skills and ability to work in inter-functional teams
Technical background is a plus
