We are looking to grow our Installed Based services team, recruiting for an additional Installed Based Administrator! Reporting to the Customer Supply and Installed Base Manager, this is an exciting role for someone to contribute to the development of customer satisfaction and loyalty as well as ensuring a profitable customer service. You will be in charge of administrative and commercial relations related to the acquisition of an instrument from placement, rental and maintenance contract to billing. You will be working very closely with our sales team and engineering team as well as with other installed base administrators. 

 

What will be your responsibilities at bioMerieux? 

Main responsibilities include:

  1. Systems/Equipment - Order to Invoice: take in charge the systems/equipment administrative management from the orders reception to the invoice. Maintain the system configuration references and the configure the financial part in SAP (assets, loan/demo/internal, placed, sold) and CRM.
  2. Offer / Quote platform : Maintain the offer / quote platform.
  3. Service contract : Manage the service contracts. Control the renewal and implementation of Service contracts and equipment needing calibration. Work in partnership & inform sales teams to promote and sale service contract.
  4. Maintenance Plans : Manage the maintenance plans to optimize and streamline the Field service engineers team efficiency (workload balance between FSE and within the months of the year)
  5. Installed base : maintain and follow-up the installed base in accordance with the company guidelines and best practices (S/N, location, date of install, assets, status). Be responsible to manage the SAP and CRM traceability and physical movements of equipment for Loan / Demo / Internal / Stock.
  6. Service offer : make service offers / quotes (training services, service contracts, systems move ) to the customer in relationship with sales and customer service.
  7. Sales & Marketing synergy : Inform the sales and marketing team on customer opportunities and needs (outdated systems, end of warranty, contract renewal, contract stop.

Continuous improvement : Analyse documents, tools, processes, organization to make proposals for improving the quality and image of the service, as well as optimize its profitability.

 

Who are you? 

You will have proven experience in sales administration role. Knowledge of SAP and CRM ( Salesforce) would be desirable but not essential.

You will be organised, a team player with a strong customer focus and have good ability to communicate with colleagues and customers.
